poor design quality

"My son had been using this wallet for a short time, but was always complaining that the zipper would get stuck under the folded canvas stitching. When he closed up his wallet the zipper got stuck an no amount of force, lubricant, or countless attempts would open it. It is a complete design flaw. We had to tear open the wallet to get the contents out. Why would you design a wallet where the zipper goes under material to make it impossible to retrieve zipper pull or even try an trouble shoot. We couldn't fix without cutting wallet open. Do better Herschel!"

"I’ve had my old wallet since 2019 and I was really attached to it. After 6 years, the poor thing couldn’t survive another couple of months, so I decided to get a new one. I have a cute Herschel backpack that I’ve been using almost daily for years and it’s still in excellent condition, so I figured that if I love the design and durability of my backpack, then their wallets must be of the same quality. And they are! I absolutely love my wallet and I’m excited to have found something that fits comfortably in my pocket with plenty of space. It feels incredibly high quality and I anticipate that I’ll probably have this wallet for years to come! I’m so happy with this product!"
