It's been a fine bag
"I work on a college campus, so I need something functional that will stand up to Vermont weather and hold all my stuff. This has been a fine bag for day-to-day and mostly fits everything I need. I was surprised to look back and see that I've had mine for about 2. 5 years. The only structural issue has been the material on the straps. Very quickly it started to peel and flake off. It has continued to do that, which is ugly and unfortunate. I'd also say that it's hard to find things in the bag as the interior is as black as the exterior. Overall, I likely won't purchase again (especially for the price) but it has mostly lived up to what I've needed it for."

"I loved the colour (teal) and the material but have to say I was quite disappointed, after only one use as it is already completely covered with scratches and marks, I guess it’s the material. Good for heavy duty carrying and travelling especially with rain, so will still give it 3 stars."

I hate this bag more every time I use it.
"Whoever designed this bag didn’t use it…or even ask a friend to try it out. The pocket placement is both an affront to lefties and righties…and don’t forget to zip because all of your things will fall out. . The straps are not fully adjustable so on smaller framed ppl (like women) the cheap plastic rubs your arms red, which might have been avoided by making strap length adjustable but they’re not. My hair is constantly getting pinched in it and if it’s the same material as the strap on my last Herschel bag that disintegrated after a few months, I would not trust my laptop or anything important for backcountry camping. Wow, I can only imagine how raw it would rub my arms on a portage or hike."
